Just had the best breakfast! Oatmeal flavored with pumpkin butter & walnuts. Farm fresh eggs (dark yolks!) with a buttered english muffin. Life is good.
Ingredients for oatmeal: -1/2 c old-fashioned oats -1/4 c skim milk -1/2 c water -1/4 c walnuts -1 tbsp pumpkin butter
Ingredients for rest of meal: -2 eggs -1 light English muffin -1 tbsp light butter
